Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy S9 / S9+

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts > Accounts.
  3. Select the appropriate corporate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
  5. To confirm, review the notification then tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
