LG ZONE® 4 - Clear App Cache

If your device runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze when running them, clearing the cached data may help.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Application manager.
    Note Swipe left or right to access apps; steps apply to the default Home mode.
  2. Locate then tap the appropriate app.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Tap Clear cache.
    Note This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Storage.
    Note Swipe left or right to access apps; steps apply to the default Home mode.
  2. From the Device storage section, tap Internal storage.
  3. Tap Cached data.
  4. Review the notification then tap CLEAR to confirm.
