My Verizon app - Device Payment Plan - Complete a Payoff
Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 5.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 11.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
Tap the Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Devices.
Tap Manage (below the applicable mobile number).
From the Manage tab, tap Pay off device.
Entire remaining balance needs to be paid in full.
From the 'Device Payoff' screen, review the info then tap Continue (at the bottom).
From the 'You're all caught up' screen, ensure payment type is selected then tap Continue.
Swipe screen left or right to change payment methods or tap 'Add or edit payment methods', if applicable.
From the 'Please validate your CVC' screen, validate your verification code then tap Continue.
From the 'Complete Your Payoff' screen, review the info then tap Complete Payoff (at the bottom).

From the 'Congrats. Your device has been paid off' screen, tap Got it.
