LG ZONE® 4 - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
    Note Swipe left or right to access apps; steps apply to the default Home mode.
  2. Tap the appropriate Email platform (e.g., Email, Microsoft Exchange, etc.).
  3. Tap the Email account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap REMOVE to confirm.
