From a Home screen, navigate:
Settings
>
Accounts

Swipe left or right to access apps; steps apply to the default
Home mode

Tap
Exchange
.
Enter your email account and password or tap the appropriate account.
If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the following:
Account name
Data usage settings
Notification settings
Server settings (password, domain, etc.)
Signature settings
Sync frequency settings
