To configure common settings for your corporate email account (e.g., account name, etc.), follow these steps.

  • For all advanced-level configuration and troubleshooting, contact your Exchange/IT admin for assistance.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > User & accounts User & Accounts Settings Icon.
  3. Tap Exchange.
  4. Tap Account settings.
  5. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  6. If needed, engaged your Exchange / IT admin for assistance with the following:
    Note The available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.
    • Account name
    • Your name
    • Quick responses
