moto e5 play - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts Users & accounts.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
  5. To confirm, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
