Verizon Security & Privacy - Android™ - Unblock Wi-Fi Network

Note Notes:

  • This feature isn't available on Android software version 8.x or later.
  • Verizon Security & Privacy blocks networks that may be unsecured. This can include home and office networks that do not require a password to connect.
  • If a network is added to the Blocked list, it can be removed.

 

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
    Note If the apps icon is unavailable, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap Security & Protection.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi security.
    Tap Wi-Fi Security
  4. Tap Manage Wi-Fi networks.
    Tap Manage Wi-Fi Networks
  5. Tap Blocked Network.
    Tap Blocked Networks
  6. Select the network to be unblocked then tap Remove.
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap Remove
