Add Contacts in Managed Access (My Verizon Website) - Verizon Wireless 3G Network Extender

To add/delete/edit contacts / phone numbers that have access to your Verizon Wireless Network Extender, view this info. If you're having issues with your phone or device, visit our Troubleshooting Assistant. These walk you through solutions for issues you may have with your device.

Note Notes:

  • Mobile numbers added to the Managed Access list have priority over unlisted numbers.
  • Managed access is not available for the 4G LTE Network Extenders.

  1. From a web browser, visit the Manage Network Extender page.
    Note If necessary, sign in using the User ID or 10-digit mobile number and password then click Sign in.
    Note If not yet registered, refer to Registering for My Verizon for assistance.
  2. Ensure that Managed Access (Prioritized) is selected.
    Note To re-configure Access Settings, refer to Configure Access Settings for assistance.
  3. Click Add Contacts (to the right of Managed Access).

  4. Enter the appropriate information into the following fields:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
  5. Click Add (to the right of the Phone Number field).
  6. Repeat steps 1 through 3 as necessary to add additional numbers.
    Note Up to 50 mobile numbers can be entered.
