Samsung Galaxy J7 V / J7 (2nd Gen.) - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Tap Email Mail icon.
  3. Tap the type of account (e.g., Google, Mail, Exchange ActiveSync for Samsung Sense, etc.).
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu (upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
