Samsung Galaxy J7 V / J7 (2nd Gen.) - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then tap Email Email icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left).
  3. Tap the Settings icon Settings icon.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap Remove (upper-right).
  6. To confirm, tap Remove.
