Apple® Music - My Verizon app - Opt In

Caution Existing Apple Music subscribers must cancel their current Apple Music subscription prior to taking advantage of the offer.

Note Notes:

  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to sign in and manage your account.
    Note Android users must download Apple Music from the Google Play™ Store.
  • An Apple ID is needed to use Apple Music.
  • Check out these FAQs to see if your plan includes Apple Music.


  1. From the Home screen, tap the My Verizon app.
    Note You can also navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.
    Note When prompted enter the password or Touch ID to sign in.
    Note Only Account Owners or Managers can perform these steps, here's additional info on account roles.
  3. Tap Add-Ons.

  4. Tap the Entertainment tab then tap Learn more to view details. 
    Note If previously added, tap the Your Add-ons tab, tap Manage then tap Enroll for the preferred line.

  5. From the 'Apple Music' screen, scroll down to 'Manage your lines' then tap Enroll.
    Note If you have multiple lines that qualify for Apple Music, you'll need to them one at a time.

  6. To continue, accept the Terms & Conditions by selecting the checkbox then tap Accept.
    Select the checkbox then tap Accept
  7. Tap Got it.
    Note A confirmation text is sent to the applicable mobile number with additional instructions to complete enrollment.
