Note Notes:

  • The Do Not Disturb feature allows sound/vibration notifications (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are considered priority notifications.

Set Priorities

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Sound Sound icon.
  3. Tap Do not disturb.
  4. Tap Sound & vibration.
  5. Tap any of the following switches to turn on Switch on or off Switch off:
    • Alarms
    • Media
    • Touch Sounds
  6. Tap the Back icon back arrow icon (upper-left)
  7. Tap either of the following then select an option (e.g., From anyone, From contacts only, etc):
    • Messages
    • Calls
  8. Tap the Back icon back arrow icon (upper-left) then tap Automatic rules.
  9. Tap any of the following then configure as desired (e.g., Rule name, Start time, etc.):
    • Sleeping
    • Event
    • Add rule

Change Do Not Disturb Settings

  1. Swipe down twice from the top of a Home screen.
  2. Tap and hold Do Not Disturb to be taken the phone's Settings.

    Swipe down
  3. From the 'Schedule' section tap Duration.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Until you turn off
    • For 1 hour
      Note Increase or decrease this time frame using the Add icon or Subtract icon icons (to the right).
    • Ask every time
  5. Tap OK.
