Common Camera Settings - Samsung Galaxy Tab S4

Note For additional info on camera settings, refer to the Camera section of the user guide.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Camera icon Camera icon (at the bottom).
    Note If not available, swipe up or down from the center of a Home screen then tap Camera.
  2. For general camera settings, tap the Camera Settings icon Camera Settings Icon (lower-left).
  3. From the Default screen, swipe right.
  4. Select an option:

 

Switch Camera

Tap the Camera Facing icon to determine which camera to use (rear or front-facing).

Flash

Tap the Flash icon to select an option (On, Off, Auto).

Auto

Tap the Auto icon to allow the camera to evaluate the surroundings and determine the ideal mode for the picture.

Pro

Tap the Pro icon to manually adjust the ISO sensitivity, exposure value, white balance, and color tone.

Panorama

Tap the Panorama icon to create a linear image by taking pictures in either horizontal or vertical direction.

HDR (Rich Tone)

Tap HDR to allow the camera to change the light sensitivity and color depth features to produce a brighter and richer picture.

Hyperlapse

Tap the Hyperlapse icon to create time-lapse videos.

Beauty

Tap Beauty to automatically airbrush out minor imperfections when you take pictures of people.

Stickers

Tap Stickers to add stickers to your pictures.
