Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy Tab S4

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon (left pane) > Accounts (right pane).
  3. Select the appropriate corporate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
  5. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
