To perform the steps below, you need to:

use a desktop or laptop computer with an up to date web browser (e.g., Chrome™, Edge, Safari®, etc.).

sign in using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.

From the My Verizon home screen, navgiate: Plan > My Plans & Services > Manage Verizon Smart Family.
If using a smartphone or tablet, refer to the Android® or Apple® iOS instructions.

From the list of devices (at the top), ensure the appropriate mobile number is selected.

From the left menu, click Activity to review the past 7 days of text and call history.

Texts
To view text activity, click the Texts tab.

Calls
To view call activity, click the Call tab.
