Verizon GizmoTablet™ - Account Sync Settings

If you're not receiving email and app notifications, follow these steps to check your account sync settings.

Caution Frequent account synchronization can reduce battery life.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts (left pane).
  3. Tap Accounts (right pane).
  4. Tap the desired account (e.g. Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
    linote If multiple accounts appear, select the appropriate email address.
  5. Tap Sync account.
  6. Turn the sync settings on Switch on or off Switch off as preferred.
    linote The settings presented vary depending upon account type.
    linote To turn on master sync for all account types:
    1. Tap the Back icon Back arrow (upper-left).
    2. Tap (check) Auto sync data.
