Verizon GizmoTablet™ - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the Internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.

Caution The following are cleared or restored to default values:

  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > General management (left pane) > Reset (right pane).
  3. From the Reset section (right pane), tap Reset network settings.
  4. Review the info then tap RESET SETTINGS.
    Note If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
