RED HYDROGEN ONE - Email Account Password and Server Settings

To configure personal email server settings (e.g., password, Exchange server, etc.), follow these steps.

Note This process only applies to personal POP/IMAP accounts. Gmail passwords are managed via Google's Gmail website.

  1. Tap Gmail Gmail icon.
    If it doesn't appear, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then tap Gmail.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu then tap Settings.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
  5. From the "Server settings" section, tap Incoming settings.
  6. Edit any of the following then tap DONE (located in the lower-right):
    Note Options may vary depending upon the email account type.
    • Domain\Username
    • Password
    • Server
      Note If you're not sure what your server info is, here are some common personal email server addresses. Contact your email provider if additional assistance is needed or your server info isn't listed.
    • Port
    • Security type
    • IMAP path prefix
    • Delete email from server
  7. If available, tap Outgoing settings.
  8. Edit any of the following then tap Done:
    Note Options may vary depending upon the email account type.
    • Require signin
      Note Enabled when switch is on Switch on.
    • Username
    • Password
    • SMTP server
    • Port
    • Security type
