RED HYDROGEN ONE - Enable / Disable App

If apps cause your device to crash, freeze, lock up or reset itself, this info may help.

Caution Disabling an app may cause related apps to function improperly.

Note This option is available for some apps that can't be uninstalled.

 

Enable an App

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Apps & notifications.
  3. Tap See all 'xx' apps.
    Note If necessary, tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-right) then tap Show system to show system apps.
  4. Tap the All apps dropdown menu then select Disabled apps.
  5. Tap the appropriate app.
  6. Tap Enable.

 

Disable an App

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Apps & notifications.
  3. Tap See all 'xx' apps.
    Note If necessary, tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-right) then tap Show system to show system apps.
  4. Tap the appropriate app.
  5. Tap DISABLE.
    Note If the Disable option isn't available, navigate: FORCE STOP > OK.
  6. Tap DISABLE APP.
  7. If prompted to 'replace this app with the factory version', tap OK to confirm.
