Kyocera DuraForce PRO 2 - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.

Caution By performing these steps, the following are cleared or restored to default values:

  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®

 

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > System.
  2. Tap Reset options.
  3. Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
  4. Tap RESET SETTINGS.
    Note If prompted, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
  5. Tap RESET SETTINGS to confirm.
