Assign Ringback Tones - My Verizon Website

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, navigate: Plan > Add-ons and apps.
  3. Click the Manage Your Products tab.
  4. From the 'Ringback Tones' section, click MORE INFO.
    Note If necessary, subscribe to Ringback Tones.
  5. Click Manage Ringback Tones.
  6. Click My Ringback Tones.
  7. Click Edit on the Ringback Tone you wish to assign to a contact(s) or group.
    Note To add a new contact/group, click the My Contacts tab, then click Add A Contact / Create A Contact Group. Enter the appropriate info then click Create Contact / Apply Changes.
    Click Edit
  8. Click the Contacts icon.
    Click the Contacts Icon
  9. Click the checkbox of the contact(s) to assign Ringback Tone, then click Apply Changes.
    Note Contact is selected when a check mark is present.
    Click Apply Changes
  10. Click the X in the upper-right corner of the 'Changes applied successfully' screen.
    Click the X
