Samsung Galaxy Watch - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the network, or are having trouble receiving calls or messages resetting the network settings may help.

Caution By performing the steps below, the following are cleared or restored to default values:

  • Cellular connection (cellular setup needs to be performed again).
  • Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®

Reset Network Settings from the Galaxy Watch

  1. From the watch screen, press the Home button to open the apps screen.

  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Connections Mobile networks.
  3. Tap Reset Mobile networks.
  4. To continue, review the info then tap the Radio button to agree.
    Note If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  5. To confirm, tap RESET.

Reset the Network Settings from the Galaxy Wearable app

  1. Ensure the Galaxy Watch is paired to a compatible smartphone via bluetooth.
  2. Open the Galaxy Wearable app.
  3. Tap Settings (upper-right).
  4. Tap Mobile networks
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-right).
  6. Tap Reset mobile networks.
  7. To continue, review the info then tap the Radio button to agree.
    Note If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
