Google Pixel 3a - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings app icon > Accounts Users and accounts icon.
  3. Tap the corporate email address.
  4. Tap Remove account.
  5. Tap Remove account to confirm.
