Samsung Galaxy A50 - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Note Notes:

  • The Interruptions feature allows sound / vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.


  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Notifications.
  3. Tap Do not disturb.
  4. Tap the Turn on now switch to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
  5. Tap the Turn on as scheduled switch to turn on or off.
    • If on, tap Turn on as scheduled then perform the following:
      1. Select the preferred day(s).
        Note Selected when circle is present.
      2. Tap Set Schedule.
      3. Tap Start and adjust the start time.
      4. Tap End and adjust the end time.
      5. Tap Done.
      6. Tap the Back icon Back icon (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap Allow exceptions.
  7. Tap the following to turn on or off:
    • Alarms
    • Media
    • Touch sounds
  8. Tap the Back icon to return to the previous screen.
  9. Tap Hide notifications then the preferred notification setting (e.g., Hide full screen notification, hide app icon badges, etc.) to turn on or off.
