Samsung Galaxy Watch - Remove Gmail™ Account

Removing then re-adding your Gmail account often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

Note Notes:

  • The email feature is not supported on watches connected to an Apple® iPhone® or when set up in standalone mode.
  • Email accounts are managed through the Galaxy Wearable app, not from the watch.
  • To perform the steps below, you will need to:
    • ensure the Galaxy Wearable app is (installed) and (updated) on your Android™ smartphone.
    • ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on both the watch and smartphone.
    • keep the watch near your smartphone throughout the entire process.

 

An email account can't be removed from the watch without removing the account from the phone. When removed from the phone, it will automatically remove from the Galaxy Wearable app and watch.
