If using a Macintosh® computer, additional software is required in order to transfer files.

Connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
When prompted to allow access to your data, tap Allow.
If necessary, touch and hold the Status bar (at the top) then drag to the bottom.

From the 'Android System' section, select Tap for other USB options.
Select Transferring files.
Selected when a blue dot is present.
Open 'File Explorer' or 'Windows Explorer'.
Using the computer keyboard, press Windows+E ( +E) keys.
Alternatively, right-click Start then click 'Open Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer'.
Using 'File' or 'Windows Explorer', navigate: Galaxy Note10 > Phone.
Device name reflects your device model (e.g., Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy Note10+ 5G).
Galaxy Note10 is listed under the 'This PC' section.
If the music files are stored on the memory card, navigate: Galaxy Note10 > Card then choose the location of the files.
Utilize the computer to copy music files from the music folder to the desired location on the computer's hard drive.
