Samsung Galaxy A20 - USB Debugging Mode

If you need to facilitate a connection between your device and a computer with the Android® SDK (software development kit), view this info.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Developer options.
    Note If not available, swipe up from the center of the display then navigate: Settings > About phone > Software information then tap Build number 7 times.
    Note If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  3. Ensure that the Developer options switch (upper-right) is turned on On switch icon.
  4. From the Debugging section, tap USB debugging switch to turn on or off.
  5. If prompted, tap OK to confirm.
