Delete and Recreate Dial-Up Connections - VZAccess® V7 (Windows®)
Launch VZAccess Manager. Click Start > Programs (All Programs) > VZAccess Manager. With Windows 8, from the Start screen, select the VZAccess Manager tile. With Windows 10, click Start > Apps icon (located in the top-left corner) > All apps (located in the bottom-left corner) > VZAccess Manager.
From the top menu, click Options > Diagnostics.
Double-click Network Connections (located near the bottom).
Right-click the Verizon Wireless - VZAccess icon then click Delete. If present, right-click the NationalAccess/BroadbandAccess icon then click Delete. If using a GlobalAccess device, right-click the VZGlobal icon then click Delete.
Close the Network and Dial-up Connections Control Panel by clicking the X in the upper right corner.
Click Close (located at the bottom right).
Click File > Exit, to close VZAccess Manager.
To automatically recreate the dial-up connection, relaunch VZAccess® Manager. Click Start > Programs (All Programs) > VZAccess Manager.
