Save a Location - Family Locator

To save the current location of a Family Member via the Family Locator website, view this info.

Caution Family Locator transitions to Verizon Smart Family™ effective 1/24/19. Refer to these FAQs for more info.

Note Only the Account Owner or an Account Manager with full online access can perform these steps. Refer to Account Roles for additional info.

  1. From a computer, visit Family Safeguards & Controls.
  2. Click View Details & Edit (located on the right in the Family Locator section).
  3. Click Locate Your Family.
    Click Locate Your Family
  4. Click Locate (located on the right the family member).
  5. Click the Family Member icon on the map.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Enter a name for the location then click Save.
