Obtain the Sign-in Password - BlackBerry® Internet Service

To sign in to the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) website, there must be an existing account. To create an account, refer to Configuring Email Services for assistance.

  1. Using a computer, launch a web browser then navigate to the BIS website.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the appropriate User name or PIN then click Request Password.
    Note To locate the User name, contact Verizon Wireless.
    Note To locate the PIN, refer to Locating the PIN/ESN (MEID) for assistance.
  4. Click OK.
  5. From the BlackBerry device Home screen, press the Menu button Note.
  6. Select Messages Note.
  7. Select the appropriate message.
    Note The message is received from donotreply@blackberry.com.
  8. The password is located at the bottom of the message.
