If the device is setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), the option to add or remove email accounts may be unavailable. Contact the BES Admin for assistance.
- From the Home screen All tray, select Setup

To expand the tray, press the Menu button
then select Open Tray.
- Select Email Accounts.
If presented, review the End User Agreement then select I Accept to continue.
- Select Internet Mail Account.
If presented, enter the appropriate User name and Password (located within the Existing Users section) then select Continue.
- Select Set up another email account.
- Select the appropriate account type (e.g. Yahoo!).
- Yahoo!
- Gmail®
- AOL
- Windows Live
- Other
- Enter the appropriate Email address and Password then select Continue.
- Select Change Settings to configure Your name, Signature, Login Information, Delivery Options, and Synchronization Options as desired.
- In the Synchronize section, enable or disable syncing of Contacts and Calendar.
Enabled when a check mark is present.
- Select Continue.
