Delete and Create Service Books via USB Cable - BlackBerry® Bold™ 9650 Smartphone

Delete Service Books

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Advanced Options.
  4. Select Service Book.
  5. Highlight the appropriate Service Book, press the Menu button then select Delete.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 as necessary to delete additional Service Books.

 

 

Create Service Books

  1. Connect the device to the computer using the supplied the USB cable.
  2. From the computer, launch the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
    Click Start > Programs (All Programs) > BlackBerry > BlackBerry Desktop Software / Desktop Manager.
  3. Click Sync All.
    If using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.x (or lower), click Synchronize > Synchronize.

Delete Service Books

  1. From the Home screen All tray, select Options.
    Note To expand the tray, press the Menu button then select Open Tray.

  2. Select Device.

  4. Select Service Book.

  5. Highlight the appropriate Service Book, press the Menu button then select Delete.

  6. Select Delete.

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 as necessary to delete additional Service Books.

 

 

Create Service Books

  1. Connect the device to the computer using the supplied the USB cable.
