Apple® iPhone® 4 - Remove an Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings Icon > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. From the Accounts section, tap an email account.
    Note If there is only 1 email account linked to your iPhone, skip this step.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Tap 'Delete Account' or 'Delete from My iPhone' to confirm.
