Apple® iPad® - Remove an Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Home screen, navigate Settings Settings Icon > Passwords & Accounts.
    Line note icon For iPads on iOS 11, navigate Settings > Accounts & Passwords.
    Line note icon For iPads not on iOS 11 (versions 10.3 and previous), navigate: Settings > Mail > Accounts.
  2. From the Accounts section, tap an email account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. To confirm, tap Delete.
