Apple® iPad® - Reprovision Cellular Data Account
If a Cellular Data activation fails, the account may need to be reprovisioned.
Before attempting to reprovision the cellular data account, ensure
Wi-Fi is turned off
Cellular data is turned on
If you use a Network Extender, ensure it is not connected to the iPad while attempting to reprovision account.
From the Home screen, navigate:
If prompted, enter your passcode.
If the passcode is forgotten, the iPad needs to be restored to original default settings. Refer to
Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
The reprovisioning process may take several minutes to complete.
Verify the reprovisioning is complete (Verizon and signal bars appear in the status bar) then
the device before attempting
