Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Casio G'zOne Commando® (C771)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the home screen, select the applications tab.

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Accounts & sync.

  4. Select the Exchange ActiveSync® account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
    Note If the Exchange account is not listed, refer to Remove a Personal (POP/IMAP) Account for further assistance.

  5. Select Remove account.
