Clear Temporary Internet Files - BlackBerry® Bold™ 9930 Smartphone

This can help if you're unable to browse the Internet or a web page won't display.

  1. From the Home screen All tray, select Browser.
    Note To expand the tray, press the Menu button then select Open Tray.

  2. Press the Menu button then select Options.

  3. From the Clear Browsing Data section, select any of the following options then select Clear Now:
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    • Passwords
    • History
    • Cookies
    • Cache
    • Pushed Content
    • Download List

  4. If presented, select Delete.
