Remove a Personal Email Account - Samsung Galaxy Tab® 10.1

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

Note The Backup Assistant Plus Email (Sync and Connect) service was discontinued on 3/16/16.

  1. From a home screen, tap Apps (located in the upper right).

  2. From the All tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts & sync.

  4. Select the POP/IMAP account.

  5. Tap Remove account (located in the upper right).

  6. Tap Remove account.
    Remove account confirmation
