Add a Calendar Event - Samsung Galaxy Tab™ 10.1

  1. From a home screen, select Apps (located in the upper right).

  2. From the All tab, select Calendar.

  3. Select the new event symbol (located in the upper right).

  4. Enter an event title in the Event name field.

  5. To change the Calendar, select the current account.

  7. Select the From date field.

  8. Set the date then select Set.

  9. If an all day event, enable All day then skip to step 17.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.

  10. Select the From time field.

  11. Set a time then select Set.

  12. Select the To date field.

  13. Set a date then select Set.

  17. Select a Time zone.
    Note If the time zone is not displayed, select Show all then select a time zone.

  18. From the Where field, enter a location.

  20. To set a recurring event, select the Repetition field.

  21. Select one of the following then select Done.
    • One-time event
    • Daily
    • Every weekday (Mon-Fri)
    • Weekly (every Monday)
    • Every 2 weeks (Monday)
    • Monthly (every first Mon)
    • Monthly (on day 14)
    • Yearly (on February 13)

  22. To set a reminder, select the Reminders field.
    Note To add / remove reminders select the plus / minus symbol.

  24. To change availability select the Show me as field.

  28. To send an invite, select the Add guest field then enter the recipient's email address.
    Note To add / remove guests select the plus / minus symbol.
