Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy Tab® 10.1

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, taps Apps (located in the upperright).
  2. From the All tab, taps Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts & sync.
  4. Tap the Exchange account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account.
