Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon (located at the bottom).
  2. From the All Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
  5. Tap Menu Menu icon (located at the bottom).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap Remove account.
