Add a Calendar Event - Verizon Wireless Escapade

  1. From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
  2. Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
  3. Select Tools then press OK.
  4. Select Calendar then press OK.
  5. Press the left soft key to choose Add.
  6. Select the Appointment field then enter a name for the event.
  7. Add a Start Time for the event.
    1. Select the Start Time field.
    2. Enter the time the event is supposed to start.
  8. Add an End Time for the event.
    1. Select the End Time field.
    2. Enter the time the event is supposed to end.
  9. Add a Start Date for the event.
    1. Select the Start Date field.
    2. Enter the date the event will start.
  10. Set the Recurrence.
    1. Select the Recurrence field.
    2. Select an option.
      • Once
      • Daily
      • Weekly
      • Monthly
      • Yearly
  11. Add an End Date for the event.
    1. Select the End Date field.
    2. Enter the date the event will end.
  12. Set the Time Zone.
    1. Select the Time Zones field then press the left soft key to choose Set.
    2. Select an option then press OK.

  13. Set the Alert tone.
    1. Select the Alert field then press the left soft key to choose Set.
    2. Select an alert tone then press OK.
  14. Set the Vibrate mode.
    1. Select the Vibrate field.
    2. Select an option.

  15. Set a Reminder.
    1. Select the Reminder field.
    2. Select an option.
      • Off
      • Once
      • Every 2 Minutes
      • Every 15 Minutes
  16. Select an Alert Time.
    1. Select the Alert Time field.
    2. Select an option.
      • On Time
      • 5 min before
      • 10 min before
      • 15 min before
      • 30 min before
      • 1 hour before
      • 3 hours before
      • 5 hours before
      • 1 day before
  17. Press OK to choose SAVE.
