Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Lucid™ by LG

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. From the PERSONAL section, tap Accounts & sync.
  4. From the GENERAL ACCOUNTS section, tap the existing Microsoft Exchange account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Tap Menu Menu (located below the display).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap OK.
