Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy S® III

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.


  • Contact the Exchange / IT Administrator for assistance with server info and credentials.
  • Account synchronization may take several minutes.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. From the Accounts section, tap Corporate.
  4. Tap the Exchange ActiveSync account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Tap Remove account (located in the lower-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
