Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - DROID RAZR HD / RAZR MAXX HD by MOTOROLA

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. Tap the account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap Remove account.
