Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Nokia Lumia 822

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Start screen, tap the right arrow (located in the upper-right).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap email+accounts.
  4. Touch and hold the Corporate Sync account (Exchange ActiveSync).
  5. Tap delete.
  6. Tap delete.
