Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon (located in the upper-right).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts & Sync.
  4. Tap the Exchange ActiveSync account.
  5. Tap Remove account (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
