Notes:
- Data usage info provided by the device may differ from actual usage. For data usage info provided by Verizon Wireless, refer to the My Verizon website.

- To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Smart Family™
- From a Home screen, tap Apps
(upper-right).
- From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
- Tap Data usage then do any of the following:
- Change Data Usage Cycle:
- From the Data usage cycle field, tap the Dropdown menu

- Tap Change cycle.
- Set the date to match the first day of your billing cycle then tap Set.
Refer to the My Verizon website for billing cycle date.
- Set Mobile Data warning:
A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the orange warning line.
- Tap Alert me about data usage to turn on
.
If presented with Data usage alert, review the message then tap OK.
- Tap the orange line.
- Tap the number.
- Enter the preferred warning limit then tap Set.
- Set Mobile Data Limit:
Mobile / Cellular data is disabled upon reaching the specified data limit. To continue to use apps that require a data connection (e.g., Browser, Email, etc.), Wi-Fi can be used or the mobile data limit must be manually adjusted (overage charges may apply).
- Tap Limit mobile data usage to turn on
.
If presented with 'Limiting data usage' alert, review the message then tap OK.
- Tap the red line.
- Tap the number.
- Enter the preferred data usage limit then tap Set.
