Change Device Password - BlackBerry® Z10

Note If using Microsoft® Exchange / Corporate sync, some screen lock options may be unavailable.

  1. From the home screen, select Settings.
    Note If not available, swipe down from the top of the display (where the time is located).
  2. Select Security and Privacy.
  3. Select Device Password.
  4. Select Change The Device Password.
  5. Enter the current password then select OK.
  6. From the "Password" and "Confirm password" fields, enter a new password then select OK.
